No this is not a post about biking, but rather about another of my favorite things, beer. Phishbone23 purchased a home brewing kit (a real one, not a Mr. Beer) and the ingredients for an American Pale Ale for me for Christmas. I have not made it yet, but I think I will be trying to make it this weekend. Since there has been a lack of posts recently I thought maybe I would try to do a couple about how the beer is coming along. With luck it will be both ready and palatable by the time Kev and Mikey arrive in Houston in March.

That sounds really good. I was drinking Brown's Brewery's Pale Ale last weekend and it was really good. from brew time to drink-a-bility is 5-6 weeks I think when I made mine.
That's perfect then if I make it this weekend!
