Well, I officially got back into painting again. Maybe soon I'll actually get back into blogging...
My most current painting is a present to my lovely niece who, I feel, needs a healthy dose of Real American Patriotism! She is being raised in a house by two liberal East Coast elitists, after all... I call this painting: Fuck You Eastern Hemisphere!

Tess really likes birds. She'll be happy to have it hang on her wall. We're going to tell her the title is "No thank you Eastern Hemisphere!" Much to Dan's chagrin, that's the strongest language that is used around here.... =)
How about "Eastern Hemisphere: You'll soon be mine!"
Yeah... That's pretty good... Although it's interesting how ominous no thank you can sound, it's all in the inflection...
