That bacon looks kind of gross. But I hate crispy bacon. If I was making it, I'd roll the bacon up, then batter and fry it. I might even have to try that.
Searching around for pics of fried bacon, I've actually come across some crazy recipes. Evidentially it is fairly popular to hollow out a hot dog, fill it with cheese, wrap it with bacon and batter fry it. How awful and, at the same time, tasty does that sound?
