Braintrust: Assemble!

OK guys, I have convinced a friend to possibly put on a play this summer that I am to write. I need ideas! Here's the thing, it's got to be appropriate for kids. Ideas people! Give me a hand, let's work this out! I'm thinking a really screwed up fairy tale of some kind.

How about bear and the 3 goldylocks. And the 3 girls come back to find the bear in their camp, and decide to kill it, cook it on a spit, and feed the whole camp for the summer becoming big heroes. The moral - Feed your fellow campers, and you'll be cool!

Sorry, we don't check your glorious blog every freaking day.

How about Zombie Hitler is attempting to take over America, and Jesus and an army of hobos have to band together to take him down. "Jesus Saves: The Musical!" Oh wait, no, we tried that.

What about a compilation of farced out childrens stories. Maybe called "Not Another Children's Story". All those dumb compilation farces seem to generate money and audiences these days....

Yeah, where the entire play is just pop culture references. Who needs actual jokes when you have references to things people know!
