I admit it, I really liked Hulk. Not only that, but I really hated Napoleon Dynamite. That is all I'm revealing for tonight. Going to bed now. Good night all. Feel free to yell at me in the comments.
It wasn't just dumb, the actors all seriously pissed me off. It's like they were all slipped massive doses of Valium right before their scenes. I really don't understand how this movie became popular. The sooner it dies the better.
How is it purposeful? It only makes the characters more annoying. I mean, how can anyone possibly like anyone in that film? It falls into the same trap as almost any Adam Sandler movie, you end up disliking the main character and hope bad things happen to him. But in the case of Napoleon Dynamite, you feel guilty for wanting the main character to fail miserably since he's half retarded. I feel way too much pity for the main characters to find anything that happens to them to be funny. It's a cruel movie, in my opinion, because I feel like it has contempt for the main characters and fucks with them for a cheap laugh at their expense.

I disagree about Napoleon Dynamite, sort of. You can say it's not well acted, but it is. It's purposeful in its staidness. (Is that a word?)
