After 36 hours of fermentation (to 5:30am) I have seen increased CO2 output as well as a lightening of the color of the beer. The house has also acquired a mild overtone of fermenting beer.

How do I get a sample?
visiting would be the first idea....If this batch goes well, then the wedding may be graced with its presence.
