I came up with a good idea for a restaurant. It can be a theme restaurant where the theme is Death Row. You could serve the last meals of famous Death Row inmates, with a short biography of each one in the menu. It'd probably work best in a state like Texas, and I bet it'd do pretty well. Who wants to give me money to do this?

I think in Texas it may work. Maybe in the south too. They like to kill a lot down there. Maybe they could do a dinner theatre, where they re-enact the execution during the meal???
Hmmmm, or maybe we re-enact the crime that got them on death row? That might be more exciting.
You may have something there. The food would probably be mostly diner/comfort food, I imagine. It's an interesting theme. I don't think emphasizing murder is the best way to go though. Plenty of people have been executed for non-violent political crimes.
There is a pretty good Wikipedia page on last meals, with lots of famous ones.
Also from Wikipedia: In an episode of Da Ali G Show, Ali G asked Dick Thornburgh if a prisoner can order an all-you-can-eat buffet as his last meal to keep eating and never get executed.
